What to expect, and what we ask of you.
Booking & Payment
A $30 deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due in cash at the time of service
.
Late Policy
A 5-minute grace period is given. After that, a $15 late fee will apply. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment must be rescheduled.
Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will require a $10 rescheduling fee, due with your deposit.
No Call / No Show
If you miss your appointment without notice, a $20 no-show fee will be added to your next deposit. After 3 no-shows, future bookings will no longer be accepted.
Repairs
Repairs for lifting, pop-offs, or breaks within 72 hours are complimentary—as long as they are not due to user error.
Add Ons.
ALL Nail Art add ons are “PER FINGER”. Select the nail Art based upon how many fingers you would like with that specific add on.
Guests
To maintain a calm and focused environment, no children or extra guests are allowed during your appointment.
